Add one or two drops of each oil at the time, experimenting until you get a mixture that you like, (be sure to keep a detailed record of how many drops of each oil you used so you can recreate it later). To mix oils, Rotate the bottle several times and then roll it gently in your hands for a few minutes.

Method 3

Add 12 ml of distilled water, 1 tablespoon of vodka, and 30 drops of the essential oil (alone or the mixture) in a spray bottle dispensing a fine mist. Shake well, and use it as an air freshener.

If you prefer the application of oils for the body, mix the oils with a cold pressed vegetable oil, such as olive oil or coconut oil, with no more than 30 drops of essential oil to 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. This can be used as a body oil, or as a bath oil in a hot bath.
