Shakira
has made the big leap to cinema screens and this November 13th premieres the
feature film 'SHAKIRA in concert: El Dorado World Tour', which will be screened
for a night in Spanish cinemas to transport viewers to the artist's last tour.
The
play, a tribute to its fans, is intended for those who have not been able to
attend the concerts of the Colombian and has unpublished scenes. The film was
directed by James Merryman and the singer herself, who shows her innermost
side, as her role as a mother and social activist.
In the
presentation of the documentary, which took place this morning in Barcelona,
Shakira was close and spoke to those present like never before about the
toughest moments of her life. The artist claims that she had a hard time when
she had to cancel her El Dorado tour because she was left without a voice.
Shakira revealed that she couldn't even talk to her children and this is what
cost her the most. His son Sasha came to ask that his mother regain her voice
as a Christmas present.
The
singer also talked about their love affair. The difficulties with his voice directly
affected his relationship with footballer Gerard Piqué: "I couldn't talk
and I was angry all the time", she explained. The Barranquillera artist
turned to her fans to thank them for all the support during that stage.
